Mainline began manufacturing photo strut mounts for a school photographer in 1998 which provided the necessary experience before launching a stock range in September 2008.

Listening to photographers in 2007, we observed that their 4 biggest ‘bugbears’ were 1) colour variation 2) inaccurate glue lines 3) unsightly nicks & notches 4) poor stock availability. We worked very hard to develop a range which satisfied this critique and Mainline remain the only company who guarantee the following:
- No ugly looking “nicks or notches” in any of our products
- Largest stock-holding of strut mounts in Europe (next-day delivery available )
- All products printed and manufactured in our Huntingdon factory to ensure the blackest black and whitest white
- Accurate glue lines.
