We accept full responsibility in the event of anything less than superb quality in the process of manufacture. Mistakes can happen but our ISO9001 quality control system is regularly audited to ensure we provide clients with immediate corrective options and preventative actions for the future. We are not the type of company to blame things on sub-contractors and are prepared to do whatever it takes to put things right.
